By downloading, accessing, or using Vow Planner (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this app.

This application is licensed for use with Apple's iOS operating system and is subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. One-Time Purchase Model

Vow Planner is distributed through the Apple App Store as a one-time purchase application. Upon purchasing the app:

  • You receive a perpetual license to use the current version of the app on your Apple devices
  • The one-time payment covers all future updates and feature additions within the same major version
  • Your purchase supports continued development and maintenance of the application
  • The fee is final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law

Note: This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. You will not be charged recurring fees for using Vow Planner.

3. License

Vow Planner is licensed, not sold, to you by this application licensor. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to all terms and conditions of these Terms of Service.

You may:

  • Install and use the app on your iOS devices
  • Use the app for personal wedding planning purposes
  • Create backups of your data through the app's export features

You may not:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the app
  • Share, lease, rent, sell, or distribute the app to others
  • Remove or modify any proprietary notices
  • Use the app for commercial purposes without prior written consent

4. Apple App Store Terms

This application is subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service. By using Vow Planner, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • The app is licensed to you by us, not by Apple Inc.
  • Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services
  • In the event of failure of the app, you may request a refund from Apple
  • Apple is not responsible for any legal liability related to your use of the app
  • You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app

5. User Accounts and Responsibilities

When you create an account with Vow Planner:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

6. Privacy

WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances shall Vow Planner or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms within the app or through email. Your continued use of the app after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

12. Termination
